• بيانات النشاط التجاري: نوع النشاط، الخدمات والأسعار، أوقات العمل، الموقع والعنوان، والصور.Business data: business type, services and pricing, working hours, location and address, and photos.
• بيانات التوثيق: المستندات والوثائق المطلوبة للتحقق من الهوية والترخيص.Verification data: documents required to verify identity and licensing.
• بيانات المعاملات والمدفوعات: الحجوزات، الفواتير، أرصدة المحفظة، وطلبات السحب. تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزوّد الدفع MyFatoorah ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك كاملة.Transactions & payments: bookings, invoices, wallet balances, and withdrawal requests. Payments are processed via MyFatoorah; we do not store full card details.
• بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، معرّفات الإشعارات، عنوان IP، وسجلّات الاستخدام.Device & usage data: device type, operating system, push notification identifiers, IP address, and usage logs.
• الموقع الجغرافي: لعرض نشاطك للعملاء القريبين وإدارة الحجوزات (بعد إذنك).Location: to show your business to nearby clients and manage bookings (with your permission).

• إنشاء وإدارة حسابك التجاري والتحقق منه.Create, manage, and verify your business account.
• عرض خدماتك للعملاء ومعالجة الحجوزات والمواعيد.List your services to clients and process bookings and appointments.
• معالجة المدفوعات وأرصدة المحفظة وطلبات السحب.Process payments, wallet balances, and withdrawals.
• إرسال إشعارات الحجوزات والتحديثات والرسائل بينك وبين العملاء.Send booking notifications, updates, and messages between you and clients.
• تحسين أداء التطبيق ومنع الاحتيال وضمان الأمان.Improve app performance, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
• الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية.Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. مشاركة المعلومات3. Sharing of Information

لا نبيع بياناتك. وقد نشاركها فقط في الحالات التالية:We do not sell your data. We may share it only in the following cases:

• مع العملاء: اسم نشاطك، خدماتك، أسعارك، موقعك، وتقييماتك لإتمام الحجز.With clients: your business name, services, prices, location, and reviews to complete a booking.
• مع مزوّدي الخدمات: مثل بوابة الدفع MyFatoorah وخدمة الإشعارات Firebase وخدمات الاستضافة.With service providers: such as the MyFatoorah payment gateway, Firebase notifications, and hosting providers.
• لأسباب قانونية: عند طلب الجهات المختصة أو لحماية حقوقنا وحقوق المستخدمين.For legal reasons: when required by authorities or to protect our rights and those of our users.

4. أمان البيانات4. Data Security

نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، مثل التشفير أثناء النقل والتحكم في الوصول، لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام غير المصرّح به. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100٪.We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access or use. 8. خصوصية القُصّر8. Children's Privacy

تطبيق «لكِ للأعمال» مخصّص للأشخاص الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا فأكثر. ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.Luky Business is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
